Need advice ASAP...

Well, started the truck up today to run errands, idled fine, then all of the sudden, it started knocking, bucking and smoking like crazy...shut it down immediately.
I assume injectors?
If so, I might as well upgrade, any advice?
Truck has an airbox, 4" exhaust, Airdog fuel setup, and I run a Smarty.
Don't plan on upgrading the turbo...until I HAVE to

...
...and I tow a heavy fifth-wheel pretty often, I travel for a living.
And, if anyone has any advice on good shops in the Dayton OH area, it would also be much appreciated.
