Question About Peanut Oil???

A friend of mine owns a small restaurant, and he told me he has about 10 gallons of unused peanut oil that he wants to get rid of....Can I run it in my 2003? Like I said, it is brand new unused oil.....?

Any info. would be most appreciated....Thanks!
