4.4 Beta or Revo TNT??

Hello all! I'm having a slight lag/hesitation at low RPMs--for instance, it happens when I'm coming to a stop & accelerate. So, my question is for those who've had experience with the 4.4 beta; will TNT help clear this flat spot? Is TNT any better at reducing smoke? I've been running the 4.4 Beta lvl1 program for over a year, and don't remeber the flat spot when stock.
