Getting new injectors, now which pump?

As my sig should show, I have a near stock 03 which still has the original engine mounted lift pump. Last week my truck became really hard to start and would crank forever before catching. I checked the lift pump flow which was fine and finally determined the problem to most likely be an injector (thanks to the TDR search function). The dealer today told me they are ordering a new set of injectors for my truck under warranty (with the $100 deductable engine warranty). Guess I'm lucky, they're not just replacing one or two, but all of them.

Now... since I'm getting new injectors I thought maybe this would be a good time to get 3 micron filtration and to replace the stock lift pump. The biggest thing for me is noise, I don't want any extra noise. I have a edge hot juice but my truck is otherwise stock so I doubt I'd need high flow or high pressure.

The questions I have to consider:
1) I know the Fass has a new quieter pump, but how does that compare to the Airdog's noise level? Which is quieter?
2) Will the Fass 95 series take Fleetguard filters like the Fass 150 series and Airdog? I want filter purchases to be easy and over the counter locally.
3) Should I route the new fuel line through the stock filter assembly to maintain the fuel heater?
4) Do the pump/filter assemblies come with all mounting accessories needed or do you need to source your own fittings, mounts and lines?
5) Where is the best place to mount the unit?

Any info or advice would be helpful, thanks.
