Cruise control surge

This may or may not be the place to post my query.

Since we bought the '03 2500 w/ CTD, auto. and 4.10 rear, it has had a problem with the cruise control. If it's 50-67 mph when set, the cruise will surge or pulse - whatever you want to call it.

It's annoying

Any fixes? (besides going 67+)??
