Smarty Jr. HELP

O.k. this is the deal , bought a smarty jr. in late December along with an edge insight to keep an eye on things. Due to surgery & running a business did`nt get the egt. probe installed until mid January. Been monitoring egt., fuel rail pressure , enginecoolant temp. , & boost to get an idea what is normal before the smarty jr. install. Tried to load smarty jr. last night & it came up as unknown software

. Called Mr. Bob Wagner & left a message today & he called back & left a message that I needed to download newer software onto the smarty jr. Thanks for your response Mr. Wagner , sorry that I was out in the boat yard & did`nt get to talk to you in person. I am lacking in computer skills so can someone walk me through this in english . Do`nt tell me where to go my , wife is an expert at that
