What is the best turbo for 600 HP at elevation

hey guys i am looking to be around 600 HP when i am done building my truck. I have a helix 2 cam and springs installed along with bullydog PMT cl addition raptor 150 pump and water meth. Right now I have a garrett stage3 BB turbo that is working really well it keeps me fairly cool and i have only seen 1500 when i was at the end of a 20 or so up to 115 run.... I have been thinking about selling my turbo to a friend and putting his stocker in for a while. Then I was gonna look at doing the stocker over s400 setup. Is there gonna be that big of a difference in spool up and cooling at the level I am at now and also when I get to 600 HP? Or should I just keep my BB turbo I have now since it already spools just as fast as stock? Thanks guys
