My no start problem

3+ weeks ago I had a head light out. I pulled the bulb, but was OK I checked the ground-OK had no power to the low beam. Went to start the truck, and nothing. It would start and run for 3 sec. then quit. Sounds like the security system, right? Well had it towed to the dealer. They told me that the ECM was bad, and that I needed to get my truck out by noon the next day, Because that dealership was closing for good, thats a whole different story. Thay had it towed to their other Dodge dealership. They tried the used ECM that I found used ( ECMs are on deep back order, they told me) that was not the problem I told them to find the problem and fix it. Well it wound up being the TIPM (total intergrated power modual) was bad as well as 3 wire harness' to the TIPM, and one battery. What caused this is the salty roads here in upstate New York. When the tech. pulled the pulgs out of the TIPM a bunch of the pins were rotted off.
