Hows this truck

Looking at a 2001 2wheel 132000 k 5speed Is this a good year for the dodge cummins .He says has new clutch and rebuilt tranny. What can I look for when I go to buy this truck. Do these trucks have any brake or front end problems,should I worry about injectors or turbo. Asking $3800.
