Where to Buy Holset Wastegate?

I called Cummins about buying a new wastegate actuator for my 2005 Dodge 2500 and they said it was not sold by itself......you had to purchase a entire turbo charger to get it. Anyone have any ideas where to pick one up? Any after market ones that are reasonably priced? What is a good price for a stock Holset wastegate? Part # 3599891 off a HE351 Turbo.
