Help! Truck wont run.

It starts just for a second and dies. 04.5 with 60k. did it once last week and then started up so I thought it was a fluke. It has been running fine with no loss of power. Had to ride motorcycle to work, any ideas to check on when i get home? I was going to start with the fuel filter.
