Is the water pump covered?

My 2004.5 3500 has 78,000 miles. I posted in another thread about a continuosly squeaking belt. Before I had time to change it, it looks like it is now starting to shred. I took a quick look and saw some radiator fluid under the truck. The squeaking may have been the pulley on the water pump. I don't really know yet. If it is, is it still covered under warranty?
