Another trans on its way out with no dealer help

My trans is slipping again in 3rd and 4th gear. It is under the 7/70 warranty still. Dealer says they cannot duplicate the problem and will not do anything else for me until it will slip for them. While I understand their side do they really want to wait until the trans is toast and sitting along the road to do something. What if anything can I do? Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
