Turbo ?'s/Suggestion

Everything I have is current in my sig except a Quad rail psi/fuel psi gauge that I just ordered, so the the question is what turbo. I drive mainly unloaded but tow my boat 4K and my buddies boat 7.5K every couple of weeks. So I would like a nice middle of the road turbo with a good spool and able to tow but more airflow. Currently I'm thinking I'm running out of fuel when I get on it from a dead stop because the boost will fall off and EGT's climb quickly, but if I roll into it at let's say 65 and run her up to 90+ boost stays even and EGT's are in check. So after I figure that out with the rail psi gauge I need to address the turbo. Choices I'm considering are the II PS62, SPS62, HTT HTB2, 71, or the Garrett powermax stage 2 or 3. I'd really like to know if the extra coin the Garrett's charge are worth it because they seem like a nice kit, also it's kind of hard to compare them due to different size marketing- A/R vs. mm.
