Long Crank Times & Sometimes No Starts
It takes around 6-8 seconds for my truck to start (on an average) and tonight I tried to start it while in town but had to stop for fear of overheating the starter, I got it started after 3 attempts. I have a fairly new lift pump, two new batteries and a new fuel filter. The truck does not smoke while cranking and once started the truck runs good. I did a search on the forums and could not find my symptoms.
