2006 3500 qc lb

I am looking at a 2006 3500 QC Lb 4x4 5.9 6sp. I have heard that the only difference between the 2500 and 3500 is the leaf springs. Is this true? I asked the seller what rear end is in it and all he responded was that it had 11.25 rear and 9.25 front. Being a newby I am not sure what this means. I want the 3.73 gears. Can anybody tell me what you are getting for mileage? He does have the edge with attitude but I wanted to know what stock trucks are getting, he is running 315's for tires. I am still waiting for his response on these questions but wanted to ask the pros.

He is asking 25,500 for the truck mentioned above which includes, the Lamamie pkg, 4" Gibson exhaust from cat back, new tires, rear air bags with on board compressor, Edge w/attitude programmer, a few small goodies but thats it for big goodies. 84k.

So what do you all think............is this a good deal?
