06 injector problem

I have a 06 5.9 that just started missing, it is at the dodge dealer now . It has just turned 100,000 miles.

They are waiting a call to see if dodge is going to cover the injector under warranty.

If they do ok, if not what should I do? They say the injector is expensive and they have to put it in and set it up in the ecm.
