What to order on my 2003

Hi all, Getting ready to order my new 2003 4x2 4 door dually.I was hoping for some input on how I should order this truck.I made some mistakes when ordering my 98.5 and I want to get all the right stuff on this one.I will be towing alot so I think this time I will go with the manual shift,last time I ordered the auto and had to sped alot of cash to get it strong.Any advise will be great.
