Leaking Rear output shaft Seal,Whats the Fix?

My 03 Havyduty i leaking again.Was wondering what the fix is??Does anyone know what DC has done to address this problem.I know there are quite a few with this problem.Some say there is a vent on top of transfer case that has to be upgraded sme sa new yoke..If someone had this done and are having good results do you hve a part # that I can give to Dealer to get my truck fixed.Aloha ..
