anyone else w/ occ. hard start?

sometimes truck cranks over 2-3-4 sec before starting. showed this to tech today and he thought it was definetly not right.

had re-flash done today. no change! and this afternoon my check guages light flashed twice two times!!

thought i read where someone had i dead fuel pump.symptoms?
