Edge EZ, Straight Pipe, AFE DROP IN

I just put the Edge box on and noticed my filter minder is going to 65% again. My AFE drop in is cleaned. I haven't seen this since I had the stock filter. Anyone else seeing the same thing. Will the Open AFE type filter solve this. I am sure this is affecting my boost somewhat.

Will drilling holes in the bottom of the stock air box solve this.
