scratched tinting.....

My 03 dodge has done a number on my limo tint. I remeber seeing something about putting the weather stripping with felt on instead of the plastic. I took it to the dealer and they ordered new weather stripping, but it still doesn't have the felt. Does anyone have a part # to the weatherstripping with the felt?? Thanks for the help
