Edge EZ problem???

Have any of you guys had any issues with your EZ a few seconds after start up? Here's what is happening... The truck will start just fine and then about 1 second after start up rpm's will drop to around 500 stumble for a second then rev back up to about 850 and finally fall into a normal idle.
On level 6 it would do this almost every time I started the truck. On level 4 it will do it about every 5 to 7 times I start the truck. Anyone else had there EZ cause there truck to do this? I just changed the fuel filter so it shouldn't be that. I have noticed that sometimes at idle it seems to have a slight lope to it, especially when it is cold. Other than that the truck runs great. Should I call edge and talk to them about it?? Thanks for the help.
