98.5-02 ATS manifold &HX-35 ?

how would a ATS 3piece manifold and a stock 01 HO HX-35 with a 12cm housing work on a 04 HO i have a 4" down pipe for the hx-35 just have to do something with hooking up the boost hoses to inner-cooler?
