Rearend Whine

Hello Folks,
after looking at the TDR site for almost a year I finally joined. So, this is my first post. I would like to start by saying, thank you for past information that I have received from you.
Now my problem, I have recently upgrade to a 2004 CTD from a 2003 CTD, and have noticed a whine in the rearend that starts around 50 mph and lasts until around 60 mph. It only has 600 miles on it. Should I be concerned about this? Or is this expected with a 11.5" rearend? My other had the 10.5" and it was very quiet. Anyhow, your thoughts would be appreciated.

I checked the rearend level yesterday, it was about 3/4" below the fill hole.
