engine-transmission-differential?

Can you guys give me some info please? I am trying to buy a 2004 with the "600" Cummins with the 48RE and the non slip rear end. Question is, with the non slip rear end, will the axle ratio still be 3.73????? I do not want a 4.10... Thnaks for all the help you guys have given me....
