PowermaxCR First Code

Well today after 1200 miles on my Powermax I through my first code. It was code 0193 (Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit High Input) I do not have my EZ on anymore either. Also the first # to come up on my code reader was 2146???? Does anyone know what that # meant. I cannot find any reference to it anywhere. Well I cleared the codes and have not seen another on today. Any ideas on why??????????? Also my code reader is a Actron CP9035.
