Starter problems
Got a friend who has a 95 12 valve and is having starter problems . I know this has been addressed in one of the past TDR mags. I need to know which issue number and where I can locate the article. I have every mag since day one but dont know which issue this problem was addressed.

PS. I could probably go into the archives but being computer illiterate cant figure out how to do it.
