Pump timing
It seems a lot of talk has been going on and off regarding injector pump timing. I went to the Piers site, copied the table, and still not sure of what I need or how to go about it. It appears there are some TSB's updating the timing specs. I own a Calif. truck, but couldn't it be timed to the other 49 states spec's? Mine is a '96 w/o any EGR.
I had a diesel VW years ago, and the timing was with a dial indiacator; same process, or is this something that needs to be done at a professional shop?
