I'm a new cummins owner...just purchased a shop manual...every 10,000 miles or so ir says "Inspect fab hub', "inspect damper", "Inspect water pump weep hole for blockage"...I can't find any instructions in the book as to what exactly I'm supposed to be checking and where these things are located? Can anybogy help a newbee. Thanks.
