Question Taller tires on a Dually with 16" rims?

A friend has a 1 ton Dually with 235/85 tires on 16" stock rims.

He'd like to get TALLER tires using the same 16" rims. I recommended the Rickson 19.5" rims and tires and he said that he would like to stay with the 16 stock rims.

He tows skidsters and a backhoe, but not all the time. If he was towing all the time he'd stick with the smaller tires.

His motive is to get a taller tire and thus reduce his rpm's as much as possible.

What suggestions?

Thanks
- Ben
