6.7 warm up with ebrake

Just curious since the weather is so cold.

On the 6.7 with the e-bake integrated with the turbo, does this system still work at idle like the Jacobs to help warmup the engine?

The Jacobs blocks the exhaust, but with the VVT on the 6.7 will it accomplish the same thing at idle? If so, would it be as efficient as the Jacobs?
