High idle adjustment on new 6.7

A wrecker company here in Oklahoma is ordering a 07 1 ton to convert (not a cab/chassis ?) They are waiting until a Smarty is made to control Idle adjustment. Can the dealer set the cruise to control the idle speed on the new models?
They are looking for a way to keep the rpm's up while the run the winch without having to have someone sit inside the cab and keep thier foot on the accelarator. anyone have any help to offer on this subject? thanks, Brian
