Can Someone Answer This Fuel Question For Me?

I haven't had any luck getting an answer from the Dodge dealerships, so I thought I'd ask the experts. If I buy a 6.7L,that is intended to burn the 15 PPM Ultra Low Sulpher Fuel, can I drive it to Alaska or Mexico? I understand that Canada has something similar to ULSF, but I'm not sure if the 6.7 will burn it without causing damage of some kind. I'm guessing, but I don't think Mexico goes to the trouble of refining their diesel to the standards we have here in the states. When I retireI want to travel, but I don't want to buy a truck that I have to tow with a Toyota Prius. Maybe you folks know. Thanks.
