Dealers: Good, Bad, Ugly?

You have read my comments about, “Voting With Your Dollar.” I would like to encourage all TDR Members to complete a customer survey each time they do business with a Dodge Dealer. Please go to this link from the TDR website: http://dodgeram.info/survey_dealer/Dealers.htm
My hope is to educate and benefit all TDR Members about the good, bad, and ugly. A significant positive impact well be realized when we get a large percentage of the membership posting their experiences in a public way. Thank
