6.7 extended warranty

Preparing myself for the dealership...hopefully taking delivery later this week.
does Dodge offer extended warranties on their trucks? (I've never bought a vehicle when was not offered)
Being that the 6.7 / 68rfe is a new combination do you think its a good idea?
IMHO extended warranties are not worth the cost and its a way for them to make more money.
what experience have you guys had recently...opinions?
