2007 manual for 6.7L

Guys,

Anyone know if we can order the service manual for the 6.7 yet and if there is a better place to get these?

New white 07' Gote' 3500 quad cab Dually Larmie with 68RFE and 6.7L working 3.73- 4X4 drivetrain.
High idle is switched on and working perfectly also. Prodigy brake controller mounted in the dash under the radio as it seemed like the perfect place for one...
B and W roll over hitch.
