Electronic Throttle Control Light (ETC)

Anybody else have their ETC light come on? Mine came on yesterday when I started it to leave work. Book says to get in as soon as possible for service so it looks like I am headed to the service shop sooner than I had anticipated. Anyone know if the 18-033-07 Rev B TSB reflash has anything to do with ETC issues? The book says that when the warning light starts flashing that there is the possibility of "reduced performance, an elevated/rough idle or engine stall and may require towing". Seems like I had read in another thread a while back about a reflash for these symptoms?
