how come nobody makes a hi hp tune for the 6.7?

is there a smarty for the 6.7 in the future? or anybody else that is making plans for a hi hp, hi torque tune for the 6.7?

i would assume someone has to come up with a way to make an "offroad use" exhaust first but,i wonder what it will do power making wise before it scatters??
