Was She Cold?

I seem to have a couple problems that I figured someone out there has had... I have a 2007 3500 crew cab single rear wheel 6.7 with 24,500 mostly highway miles. It's sort of winter in North Texas (this morning 35 F), went to to start my truck, turned the key on and the glow plug light came on and 10-15 seconds later it went out at which time I tried to start. It cranked over several times without starting. I stopped cranking and turned the key off. Waited 5-10 seconds, turned the key on no glow plug light and tried starting, again no start. Did it 2 more times (same process) and again, no start and no glow plug light. Turned key off, waited another 10-15 seconds, turned the key on and the glow plug light came on, went out after 10-15 seconds, cranked it and everything worked fine.

After warming up (15 minutes) I pulled out of the driveway and onto the street, I depressed the accelerator slightly (1/8-1/4 inch) and nothing happened, I kept pushing down slightly another (1/8-1/4 inch) and the engine speed and vehicle speed increased rapidly and I was off. First stop sign it happened again, after several turns everything went back to normal. This is the second time this has happened, any thoughts?

Will the G30 Emissions, Oxygen Sensor Module or ECM Reprogram fix any of these problems? My truck goes in for these on 1-3-08.
