CEL 0128 0513 Any Idea whats up??

Pulled into the yard today, in the middle of a blizzard, no CEL all fine. Came out an hour later to head back and got a CEL with 2 codes 0128 and 0513. Called the dealer and he is looking for the info...

Any Ideas? Dealers says that I can drive it if the light ISN'T flashing...

3,290 miles to the first CEL... is this a sign of things to come????
