Turbo Barking

Yesterday while under light acceleration the turbo barked or chuffed whaterver, 8 times within 30 seconds. Each time the engine lost power. Since then no problem. What could cause this? Also I have codes P2262 and P061A stored. This is about the 9th time for the 2262, but the first time for the 061A, what could that be. I had the G30 done 2 weeks ago and within the hour after having it done, the engine light was back on with the 2262. I have an appointment today to try to try to get this corrected. Any help would help.
