Stumble at 38-45 mph

Our 08 5500 with the Aisin transmission has a stumble at 38-45 mph... light throttle while in town or on the highway.... its had this stumble since day one.... and now 16K miles later and after some sensor changes the problem is still there and the dealer has no idea... But if you press the tow/haul button it goes away.... we don't know if this is a program problem with the transmission or an ECM issue..... and if you have medium to heavy throttle pressure.... you can drive right through the problem...

We aren't really looking for answers but more to make you aware of the problem...
