I really need to hear from someone who can help me with this question. I just purchased a 2008 2500 laramie mega cab 6-speed auto and heard that the wheel base was to long to put a plow on it in fear that the frame would not handle it? i've seen other trucks such as a QC with a long bed with a plow. And also want to make sure that puting my 8 1/2' fisher stainless steel vplow won't put too much weight on the front end with the diesel engine? I'm a new member and really appreciate any and all incite on these questions.
