Putting the DPF back on for service??

Has anyone with a DPF delete had something else happen to there truck
like a turbo go out or other repairs. Did you put your Dpf back on, and was it noticed you had had it off. Im sure they can tell that the truck has not wen't into regenertation though. But Im starting to belive that most of the problems will leave with the DPF!!
