I'm Driving a Honda Accord !

Yes, it's true. The '07.5 is going goodbye. I've got plenty of capable CTD's to do my towing. It's just too darned expensive to run the kids around getting 15 MPG with diesel at $4.80/gallon.

My first tank in the Accord was 29 MPG and I paid $3.87/gallon. So, instead of paying $.32/mile for fuel I'm paying $.13/mile. On a typical day I'll run a hundred miles (we're a way's out of town) so that's $19.00/day or about $100.00 per week. The Accord cost 20K new, and the CTD was about 40K new. Even if I sell the CTD for 30K I'm still way ahead.

It's a sad day in America.
