Regen mpg

My lemon....regen 12.3 mpg. No regen 19.5+
Problem......My truck stays in regen 90% of the time . I have noticed turning on the turbo brake stops the regen momentarily maybe for 3 minutes .... the mileage begins to climb from 12.3 to 19.5+. suddenly the mpg drops quickly to 12.3 . It is staying in regen longer and longer as time goes on ...I know this from playing with the overhead on the same stretch of road over and over and over. I tested it for 25 miles at the time and resetting . Waiting on atty. to call me and tell me the diff. between my lemon and the new truck similar to mine .....I've given him a couple of vin#'s from trucks at Tallahassee Dodge here in Fla.
