Guess I get a new turbo-p2262

Build date 06/07. Have had the G-30, AW and AX reflash. Totally stock truck. The CEL has lit up 4-5 times with this same code p-2262. Dealer did the TSB 11-001-08 yesterday and with 64.5 miles p-2262 reappears. Dealer calls Star and evidently got the ok for the 11-002-08 TSB. He calls me and tells me he will pick the truck up tomorrow (the 8th) and has the turbo for my truck. With 27,300 miles behind me I asked if it will happen again when Iam out of waranty cuz it doesn't appear that Dodge has roped this problem. No answer from him. Seems like I read something from Diesel Lady about rerouting something to somewhere and kinda solving the dirty turbo problem. Am I right?
Love the truck--dealer has been real good to me--hate the mpg. I have hand calculated enery tank and recorded it in my little book--it does not get better!! 13.9 to 17.3 no matter what. Very little idle time and I run the exhaust brake when I remember to push the button. Any ideas guys?
