I carried my 2008 3500 (6 spd. auto) in for a hard down shift to 1st gear when coming to a stop. I also had the 1400-1450 RPM shift in/out "jerk".

The dealer applied TSB 21-019-07 and, for the first 50 miles, it appears those two issues have been resolved.

Truck has 6,750 miles on it. That has been the only issue so far and it was really more of an annoyance than anything else.
