Fuel in oil CEL light on

Just changed oil with 4200 miles on it this time. Extra quart in pan and test came back 5% fuel in oil.

Dodge serviced the unit and cleaned the turbo and sensors, Stated that STAR said up to 5% fuel in oil is OK. Gave me a printout showing that I should not idle more than 6-8 % of total time on engine. Somehow I knew it would be my fault.

Still surges at roll-off on throttle (4th time to fix) updated the Transmission controller for that, said it improves rough shifting, not the problem I am having.

This is my forth and Last Cummins. This truck has under 8500 miles and has been in for service 4 times for the same surging, cel light, etc.. They never should have sold this system as poor as it is, especially considering that it isn't even required for another 2 years.
